After becoming friends and having a class together, Andrew asked Amelia on a first date to downtown Greenville. SC, for Italian food and ice cream!

We started going to church together- this was our first Easter church service together!

We went to many formal military events, but this was the first one as a couple.

Amelia visited Andrew's hometown in New Jersey that summer, and we went to a Yankee baseball game

There were many fun events that fall, but the most notable was our first Clemson football game together

We added to our family- Steve the cat! We rescued him from a Clemson neighborhood in November when he was around 8 weeks. He is curious and sweet and the best addition to our family!

We got engaged!! Andrew put together a blanket and flowers at the beach at the Pier in Clemson. Afterwards, our gracious friends Anna Claire and Juliette hosted an engagement party for us and our friends
